Join us for a Lunch & Learn workshop to gain practical tools that you can carry back into your collaborations, workplaces and communities.
What is it?
In a time of polycrisis, the bigger challenge may not be what we build, but the stories and ways of being we build from. To build truly resilient, regenerative initiatives we need skills that nurture inner wholeness, restitch our relational fabric, and re-story our cultural narratives.
Participants will explore how today’s polycrisis is shaped by hidden cultural stories, and practice new ways of leading that strengthen resilience, collaboration, and impact. This workshop gives practical tools participants can carry back into their collaborations, workplaces and communities.
Lunch is on us – you just bring yourself and some curiosity.
Who is this for?
This is for you if...
You're interested in creating a more just world
You're curious about leadership and system transformation
Or… you just want to learn more!
Who's leading this workshop?
This session will be led by Laura Hartley, a leadership coach and the founder of the Scintilla Centre, an educational hub equipping changemakers with the skills, wisdom and community to remake the world.
Her changemaker journey began as a climate and environmental activist, and her work continues to be grounded in the belief that another world is possible - one more just, beautiful, and regenerative in nature.
She supports changemakers to navigate the challenges of purpose-driven work by cultivating imagination, wellbeing, and deep leadership capacities.
