Cheyenne Luke, Community Assistant

Chey is here to assist with day-to-day operations including welcoming members, offering tours, and general admin. You will always be greeted with a smile and her bubbly energy.

Behind the scenes she will help with producing ideas and projects that we can workshop for the community. As well as working on content for our website and social media platforms such as newsletters, member notice boards, and announcements of upcoming events.

Lamiyah Sultan, Community Assistant

Lamiyah is here to streamline daily operations and ad hoc support as well as ensuring a warm welcome and liaising with members for exclusive events, community offerings and engagement. Her friendly demeanour and lively energy are always ready to greet you.

Her role includes offering tours of the space and administrative tasks. She takes part in ideating projects and events for the community while assisting in fostering a dynamic social media and marketing presence online through the Better Space platforms. 

Gabriella Kisoi, Community Manager

Gabriella supports all current and future members of Better Space! She is here to make connections with local social enterprises and community organisations in Islington. Please reach out to her if you have any questions about becoming a member, hosting an event or tapping into our network.  

Prior to joining Better Space, she managed social innovation programmes focused on international development, environmental impact and gender equity. Alongside this, she is the founder of a social enterprise that manufactures climate-smart market stalls.
