Combining elements of Yin and Hatha yoga and inspired by the Sivananda sequence, this gentle one-hour class will guide you through light breathwork, mindful movement, and a short guided relaxation to help bring focus, balance, and awareness back to yourself.

No experience needed – all levels welcome!
Mats and props will be provided.
